All persons hired by Costco Wholesale Corporation as seasonal employees in California whose employment terminated before the end of—or within 10 days after the end of—any season ending in January 2016, 2017, 2018, or 2019.

This Class Action Settlement will provide Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($4,500,000) to resolve a lawsuit over whether Costco violated the law by failing to timely pay wages to all persons hired by Costco as seasonal employees in California whose employment terminated before the end of – or within ten days after the end of – any season ending in January of 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019.
